Both my sons went though Rightway driving school. I was very impressed with the service from the people on the phone very helpful.
But we cannot speak highly enough about Jan their driving instructor. She is very patience kind and very professional lady in her job.
If anyone wants a driving instructor ask for Jan she is the best.

Jan's method of teaching is methodical and easy to understand. She is ALWAYS calm and patient and will explain anything as many times as needed. She has a plethora of easy to remember tips to help her students remember and attain skill in driving which I still use. Even now, a year after obtaining my license, Jan's advice and instructions pop up in my head as I drive, and have helped me many a time to make safe decisions. I started learning to drive at a later age, and am forever grateful to have such an excellent and dedicated instructor as Jan is to help me attain my drivers licence.

Jan was simply amazing! She made me feel so comfortable instantly and it was truely rewarding seeing my skills and confidence improve with every session. I remember being soooo nervous before my first lesson and then couldn’t wait until my second once it was over, I went on to have 10+ sessions with her, and then passed my test first try!
She knows her stuff and knows how to teach :) I feel so safe driving now and couldn’t recommend ‘Rightway DS’ or Jan enough.

Jan could not have been a better driving instructor. She was patient, kind and very methodical in terms of her teaching, making it easy to learn manoeuvres. She was always very calm, making me feel constantly at ease during lessons. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the P’s test, and, more importantly, great at teaching how to drive for life after the test.

I used her services at the end of my hours to prepare for the test, and my only regret is that I didn’t use her services earlier on! As I am the first person of my siblings getting their license, she gave me the confidence to do well. I cannot thank her enough for her help. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We had a great experience with Rightway and especially Jan. She was amazing with our daughter and taught her so much, right from the first lesson. Jan prepared our daughter exceptionally well for the driving test so that nerves were at a minimum.
The booking process online is simple although sometimes you have to book quite a bit in advance to get the popular instructors.
A wonderful experience in every way. Thank you Jan & Rightway!

On recommendation from a friend, we booked lessons and the driving test package with Jan for our daughter as she neared 100 hours logged driving time. Jan is an exceptional instructor. We all learnt so much from Jan’s advice with road rules and test guidance. With Jan’s instruction, our daughter felt well prepared going into the test and was successful (no errors) on her first attempt. Cannot rate Jan high enough! Jan needs 10 stars!!! Cool calm and collected yet firm and fair. Never made Krystal feel uncomfortable while behind the wheel. I can not recommend Rightway more highly. From the incredibly warm, friendly and helpful Customer Service staff on the phones who really do go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after... To the INCREDIBLE instructors. My main instructor was Jan, she was professional, an excellent communicator, supportive and so friendly. I could tell she genuinely wanted to teach me everything she knew in order for me to not only pass my test but more importantly become a good driver. I was also lucky enough to have a lesson with Tim.. Tim intuitively knew the best way to teach me from the moment we met. His wise lessons vibrated through my head throughout my drivers license test and thanks to both he and Jan I passed first go!

A wonderful experience... one I will remember for life. THANK YOU
