Hi, I’m Robbie, a professional driving instructor with Rightway Driving.
I’ve always had a real passion for driving and being on the road. Before becoming a driving instructor, I gained valuable experience during my time in the Australian Army, where I drove oversized vehicles and road trains in a variety of conditions. This experience taught me the importance of patience, awareness, responsibility and, most importantly, safety behind the wheel — skills that I now love passing on to my students.
I believe learning to drive should be more than just preparing for a test. It should be a fun, exciting and positive experience where you can learn, build confidence and enjoy the journey along the way.
I take a calm, patient and supportive approach to every lesson, creating a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment where you can feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing your skills at your own pace. Whether you’re just starting your driving journey, preparing for your driving test, or looking to build your confidence on the road, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
When I’m not teaching, I’m still happiest doing anything involving wheels, water or an engine! I love riding motorbikes and getting out on my Jet Ski whenever I get the chance. My passion for driving and adventure is something I enjoy bringing into my lessons, helping make each session enjoyable while keeping the focus on developing safe and responsible driving skills.
My goal isn’t just to help you pass your driving test — it’s to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to become a safe, capable and independent driver for life.
