My Aim: Developing the skills, confidence and road safety awareness needed to become safe, responsible and independent driver.
My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that with knowledge comes confidence, and confidence creates a better, safer driver. I enjoy helping students build their driving skills, become more comfortable behind the wheel and gain the confidence required to drive safely in real-world traffic conditions.
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a driving instructor is watching students progress from nervous beginner drivers into calm, capable and confident road users. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated and ready to achieve their driving goals.
Prior to becoming a driving instructor I worked as a flying instructor, which helped develop my passion for teaching, coaching and helping people learn practical skills. This experience has contributed to my structured, patient and professional approach to driver education.
I specialise in helping learner drivers prepare for their Queensland Driving Test while improving observation, hazard awareness, vehicle control, decision making and safe driving habits that will benefit them throughout their driving life.
Outside of driving instruction I enjoy motorsport, golf, fishing, motorcycle riding, movies, travel and outdoor activities. These interests help me connect with a wide range of students and create a positive and relaxed lesson environment.
